Users may submit content, including but not limited to resumes and job postings. By submitting content, you grant Spivvel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Spivvel or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
